Service: Content TrAIlbrazers is an online AI-marketing Summit (hereinafter: the Summit). Service provider organizes the event and provides the opportunity to purchase tickets through the Website. Service provider guarantees that with the purchased ticket, the guest can participate in the programs and events listed on the Website.

The Data Controller declares that, in the case of payment by card, it does not manage, collect or store any card data necessary for the payment transaction, nor does it access this data in any way.

In accordance with § 6:22 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, for 5 years (limitation period).

 

In the case of accounting documents, the related data must be kept for 8 years based on Act C of 2000 on accounting.

Controller ensures that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality.
Controller takes all measures required by the GDPR to ensure the security of the processing and to assists the processor in ensuring compliance with the obligations taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to the processor.
Controller and Processor respect the conditions set out by the GDPR for engaging another processor.
Controller taking into account the nature of the processing, assists the processor by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the processor’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights laid down in GDPR.
